Fond du Lac Cold Storage L.L.C. acquires DNT Express, Inc.

 

Fond du Lac Cold Storage L.L.C. (“FDL”) is pleased to announce it has acquired DNT Express, Inc. (“DNT”).

 

 

FDL is a leading 3PL service provider of temperature-controlled warehousing and delivery for wine, spirits, craft beer, cheese, chocolate, and other products. Headquartered in Edison, NJ, FDL was founded in 1998. FDL has more than 800,000 square feet of temperature-controlled warehouses and 85+ trucks that deliver to on-premise and off-premise establishments in New York, New Jersey and Illinois.

DNT Express will operate as a subsidiary of FDL, which will enable both FDL and DNT to stay focused on their customers. Customer communications and interactions with both DNT Express and FDL will continue as they have been, as both businesses focus on customer service.
